NHS England Tells GPs Not to Give Pregnant Women AstraZeneca Covid Vaccine

by Michael Curzon
21 April 2021 8:44 AM

GPs at sites that are only administering the AstraZeneca Covid vaccine have been told to cancel all appointments for pregnant women. This is in contrast to the advice issued by the Government last week, which was that pregnant women should be offered a Covid vaccine regardless of what stage they were at in their pregnancy. While the Joint Committee on Vaccination and Immunisation (JCVI) said that it would be “preferable” for pregnant women to be “offered” the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines “where available” due to there being more real-world data on these vaccines, it said the AstraZeneca vaccine should still be administered where an alternative was not available. This is in spite of the fact that the JCVI also said “more research is needed” on this vaccine because pregnant women were not included in the trials. NHS England has taken a more cautious approach, telling GPs to direct pregnant women to sites where alternative vaccines are available. MailOnline has the story.

A letter sent by NHS England bosses to practices on Saturday specified sites that do not have Pfizer or Moderna vaccines in stock should cancel all scheduled first doses for expectant mothers.

It takes a more cautious stance than Number 10’s vaccine advisory panel, which says pregnant women should be offered jabs at the same time as their peers.

The JCVI originally said mothers-to-be should hold off on getting jabbed until there was more evidence. But it performed a U-turn last week after data from the U.S. showed they were safe.

It advised pregnant women should be offered Pfizer or Moderna vaccines in the first instance – but did not ban expectant mothers from getting AstraZeneca’s jab…

But the NHS England letter to practices the following day instructed all practices to direct pregnant women to primary care network sites, if they were unable to offer Pfizer or Moderna vaccines.

It said all “sites should implement screening procedures to ensure pregnant women are identified and offered the Pfizer or Moderna vaccine”.

The letter added pregnant women who have already had a first dose of AstraZeneca should continue with their second dose as planned, in line with guidance for the rest of the population.

NHS England told MailOnline that patients who have their AstraZeneca appointment cancelled would be rebooked instantly for an alternative.

A spokesperson insisted the cancellation policy would not result in pregnant women receiving their first dose later…

The Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists says pregnant women are no more likely to catch Covid than others, and that most have no symptoms or suffer mild cold or flu-like warning signs.

But there are a small number who can become unwell with the virus, and may be at increased risk of becoming severely ill compared to other women.

Worth reading in full.

I would be delighted to read a close up and personal dissection of the history and membership of the JCVI. I’m sure we could all do with a reminder of their heroic journey and bona fides. I’d sell a Picasso to help fund this venture if I had one.

Will it ever dawn on pregnant women just how stupid they are if they allow any of the dangerous and totally unnecessary Covid ‘vaccines’ to be injected into their bodies. Of course, the same can be said for everybody else who fancies playing Russian roulette with a fully loaded revolver.

I ventured over to Mumsnet. I’m not a mother, and I’m certainly haven’t joined, but in more normal times I used check out the general consensus on there, on consumer issues. I saw the threads on the vaccines. I was shocked (not shocked!) at the number of women who have blithely, and excitedly got their vaccines but were worried about how it seemed to disrupt their menstrual cycles! There were over 400 comments on one particular thread, nearly all saying it had delayed and lightened their periods. Two thirds in, one brave soul actually questioned their reasons for taking the vaccine, offered evidence of the risks and advised them to report it on the yellow card system. It seemed to open a floodgate as more women said they WEREN’T going to take it. But the women already vaxxed had absolutely NO idea what was going into their bodies, and how it would effect them, and they were, not very surprisingly, very worried at what this could mean longterm. Some even said they were going to cancel their appointments! Of course, the vax zealots waded in too, but we know what their opinions are.

Old type vaccines can sometimes be ‘detoxed’ from the body.

mRNA type ‘vaccines’ are permanent and will continue to give instructions with unknown outcomes until the day we die

The submissions by Pfizer & AstraZeneca for emergency use authorisation made clear that there was insufficient evidence to determine the safety or efficacy of the innoculations in children, pregnant or lactating women and immuno-compromised people.

On that basis, none of these groups should receive any of them until proper studies have been completed.

the JCVI also said “more research is needed” on this vaccine

Mmmm, with all the UK jabs still being ‘experimental’ until Jan 2023, does this not amount to stating the bloomin’ obvious?
Never mind, potential vaxxees can presumably find a similar open admission/health warning that this this vaxx stuff is still in Stage 3 trials and many, many deaths/side have been repirted in the (supposedly mandatory) NHS Patient Information Leaflet? Hello……..?

The NHS “Vaccination Consent Form” shown in the article is, I believe, that to be completed by people who are in some way disadvantaged or impaired, usually through mental problems; or to be completed by persons on their behalf, hence the reference to Power of Attorney. I don’t think anyone else is asked to complete, or offered a form to consent to vaccination before receiving one; merely being given the mendacious information sheets from the drug manufacturer and an equally dishonest NHS pamphlet on after-effects post-vaccination.

This is a US form of consent for the Pfizer vaccine which is more explicit in describing and then disclaiming responsibility for possible side-effects, both “minor” and far more serious or lethal.

The P.I.L. (Patient Information Leaflet) is not a consent form. It should be available to all those receiving or interested in receiving a vaccine, but apparently leaflets are not being handed out.
To further confuse things there are various leaflets available it seems:
1) ‘What to Expect after your Covid-19 Vaccination’ https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/943125/PHE_11843_Covid-19_what_to_expect_leaflet.pdf
Look out for the classic caveat:

We don’t know how much it will reduce the risk of you passing on the virus. So it is important to continue to follow current national guidance.

2) ‘Covid-19 Vaccination. A Guide for Adults’

The only thing I’ve had was a pamphlet in the post from some far-away NHS outfit, along with a letter couched in the usual patronising tones beloved of that organisation. It told me nothing of use, and was written as if for a rather stupid infant. I don’t recall the word “Consent” appearing in it, but it was swiftly binned.

“We don’t know how much it will reduce the risk of you passing on the virus”

Carefully chosen disingenuous words that imply to the non-suspecting reader that the potion does mitigate against transmission to some degree. To my knowledge the sentence should more honestly have read “We don’t know if it will reduce the risk…”

Yet another example of how all the established principles of medical ethics, testing protocols for novel medicines etc. have disappeared in the face of politics, opportunism and profiteering.I can understand the disgusting behaviour of pig-ignorant politicians looking after their own skins, but the laxity and acceptance without question of these “medicines” by the majority of the medical profession is a disgrace. Quite apart from that, we are constantly being told that new, potentially life-saving treatments for many other diseases including cancer, are unaffordable in research and development, or then too expensive as treatments. I image that the billions now “pi***d up the wall” on duff tests, empty fly-by-night Nightingale hospitals and the rest of this chicanery would have gone quite some way to funding cures or prophylactics for more lethal ailments. Heaven alone knows what the butcher’s bill will be, if these vaccines turn out to be lethal for any number of the millions of guinea pigs now being shot full of the jollops. As well as politicians of all stripes, the Total Untrustworthy List in England now appears to include the medical profession and its hangers-on, from top to bottom, a representative range of academics and “modellers”, the MSM… Read more »

Note how well these Phase III Trials allow us to detect the “at risk” groups.

Admittedly, it might have been better if the Trial had not involved the entire population.

When risk to the under 40’s population is so small, why would they offer this to pregnant women in the first place ?!?!?!?

LS don’t seem to opposed to this do they?

Just smells of corruption, ie Boris and Bibi have offered up their unwitting populations to large scale vaccine trials with the added bonus of being able to use it as a backdoor for a CCP style social credit system.

God help us.

“When risk to the under 40’s population is so small, why would they offer this to pregnant women in the first place ?!?!?!?”

Because the media and politicians and the behavioural psychologists have created a “feeling” that the risk is really high for everyone.

The only people immune to this “feeling” are critical thinkers and people who don’t consume lots of mainstream and social media. A surprisingly small proportion of the population.

57 spontaneous abortions following the AZ and Pfizer vaccines in the UK (and the Pfizer vaccine has many more instances than the AZ one, incidentally).

5 stillbirths or foetal deaths

This is probably why Boris is, belatedly, turning away from vaccines as the solutions. He can see the big scandal looming on the horizon.

If only someone could have had the foresight to predict that carrying out a national rollout of experimental biological agents which had not yet completed clinical testing was a potential death trap for thousands of people (and unborn children).

Oh. We did.

The medical profession will not act with any professional integrity with regard to covid jabs until one of them is successfully sued for administering said jab with dire consequences.
Then they’ll all rush to state they were ‘just following orders’.

Bhakdi has always been adamant that the mRNA vaccines can lead to difficulties carrying a baby to full term or even get pregnant as the placenta can be affected.
I am so sorry for all the women who having been stupid enough to trust this advise and volunteered to get “vaccinated” who will abort and maybe will have difficulties to ever carry a child full term again.

How can anyone seeing this news not realise that they are making it up as they go along, it’s just politics, not health, and that very little the govt and their collaborators say or do can be trusted?

But why when there is so little of the virus in circulation currently do pregnant women need to be vaccinated, couldn’t they have the baby and then be vaccinated. In comparing it with flu, I think they do offer flu vaccine to pregnant women but the covid vaccines are so new wouldn’t they want to go a bit more cautiously?

So these pregnant women would avoid eating soft egg yolk (choline critical for baby’s brain development) but will get the experimental ‘vaccine’ that already lead to numerous miscarriages… other long term adverse effect totally unknown

https://off-guardian.org/2021/04/20/watch-perspectives-on-the-pandemic-13/

This is a must watch.
It describes clearly and convincingly how the Pharma industry controls the writing, marketing and authorship of drug trials, how the prestigious medical journals are not science based, but are bought and owned by the pharma industry, and how there is a revolving door between politicians and the pharma industry meaning that the regulatory agencies are captured by the industries they purport to control. From about 30 mins in, it describes how marketing of drugs moved from marketing to the sick, to including all the healthy too, and how vaccine marketing was used to include this huge and lucrative new market.

This is where we are today, with untested products being forced onto entire populations, and no oversight or control of the race for maximum profit as governments capitulate entirely to the demands of multinational corporations.

Basically you cannot believe anything the government, medical trials, or the pharma industry tell you about the product they are marketing.
