Biden Administration Will Allow Businesses and Institutions to Demand Proof of Vaccination

by Michael Curzon
15 May 2021 3:52 PM

White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki says that the Biden administration is not planning on imposing a vaccine mandate and will not keep track of those who have been vaccinated, but that it will allow business, colleges and universities to demand proof of vaccination. The Mail has the story.

“Private sector companies may decide that they want to have requirements. That’s up to them. We have no plans to change our approach from the Federal Government,” Psaki said…

Nearly half of Americans (46.8%) have had at least one dose of Covid vaccine, and more than 36% have been fully vaccinated.

But nearly 20% of Americans are “vaccine hesitant” – with the highest rates among Republicans – and notions of mandates for vaccination or masks have become politically divisive in the U.S..

[Last week, it was reported that some states are requesting small fractions of their allotted Covid vaccine doses from the Federal Government to save them from having to throw misused doses away due to the waning of demand.]

So far, liberal states including New York are using vaccine passports at some events, while conservative states like Texas and Florida have banned companies for asking their employees for proof of vaccination.

While public health officials are desperately trying to convince Americans to get vaccinated, they worry that mandates would backfire and only make more people hesitant to get the shots…

It’s up to states whether schools require shots or not, and the Federal Government does not legally require any health interventions, nor proof of them.

Back in April, Psaki said: “The Government is not now nor will we be supporting a system that requires Americans to carry a credential.”

She acknowledged that private companies and non-profits likely would consider asking their employees to show proof of vaccination, as is their right, but requiring Americans to get the shots was not on the table for the Federal Government.

“Our interest is very simple from the Federal Government, which is Americans’ privacy and rights should be protected so these systems are not used against people unfairly,” Psaki said.

A number of U.S. universities, including Brown, Cornell and Stanford, have already announced that they will require their staff and students to be vaccinated against Covid before being permitted to return to campuses later this year, though it is unclear how state executive orders banning Covid vaccine passports will affect these demands.

The Mail report is worth reading in full.

The U.S. military (active and reserve components) will almost certainly require vaccines once the FDA has changed its “emergency authorization” designation re: vaccines. That’s the biggest class of “government” employees – about 5 million people.

BTW, only 24 U.S. military personnel have died of COVID in the past 15 months.

Any attempt at 3rd party coercion and/or conditionality must also carry with it the absolute obligation for the 3rd party to compensate for ALL experimental vaccine side effects suffered by the coerced individual.
Accordingly, the imposition of any form of 3rd party coercion and/or conditionality should therefore be taken to indicate that the 3rd party insisting on the experimental vaccine being administered simultaneously agrees to:
1) Cover all future costs and damages (including legal costs) arising from any health and associated impacts (including but not limited to death) caused by any experimental ‘vaccine’ side effects to the recipient or descendants thereof (arising from possible intergenerational impacts not covered by the limited scope of the emergency testing to date).
2) Compensate any financial disadvantage suffered by the recipient’s immediate family and dependants arising from damage headings including (but not limited to) death, illness, health costs, loss of income/opportunity and other consequential impacts of any experimental vaccine’s side effects.

Looks like massive evidence of electoral fraud in Arizona about to go viral. The people who pushed that fraud are behind the “covid” fraud, 40% of the American medical establishment also refusing vaccines – so it is a war of wills, but one side, eventually, will be lynched.

Liberal states? That’s the very opposite of liberal.

“Liberal” states, or rather, illiberal states are so because of their large cities and suburbs. Beyond metropolitan areas in most states, red or blue, you will find constitutional conservatism.

If our Pig Dictator has a shred of decency, conservatism, liberalism, anti-apartheid, anti-discrimination and respect for the rule of law in him, he should immediately follow the lead of the next POTUS, Ron DeSantis, and pass a law that prohibits all British companies from doing so.
Anyone with a ‘no jab, no job’ policy should see their company going out of business and themselves going to prison.
But I guess, there’s no such things in him, if they ever were.

He has set commercial organisations, federal organisations, scools and colleges against red states. Florida will fine the likes of Wallmart if they impose their vaccination no mask policy in that state. Almost all US colleges are imposing vaccinations on students and staff. Its going to be a legal blood bath.

It may have to turn into a literal blood- bath at this rate.

Biden administration will allow businesses to discriminate against those who have not taken up the offer of a vaccine.

Discrimination is wrong – the United States has a bigot for a president on it hands.

There is no difference between discriminating against people who refuse the vaccine and this ….

too right – and in Britain, one in three black people are said to be “vaccine hesitant” (and if some of them could be persuaded to protest against vaxports, perhaps the BBC might just report it), as well as some Catholics (over-represented by Irish, of course) who object for ethical reasons. This is pretty much “no blacks, no Irish, no unvaccinated”. I don’t see how this can be compatible with anti-discrimination laws, however much they pretend that vitamin D etc. don’t work.

The Biden is truly braindead.

There is not going to be any official tracking by the administration of who has been vaccinated, but other organisations will be allowed to demand proof of vaccination.

I believe I see a problem here.

Hopefully the private sector will deal with the demand for proof and so you’ll be able to buy a “proof of vaccination” whether you’ve had one or not.

Mandating employees must do something to their bodies to keep their jobs means accepting liability for same.
Wonder how many insurance companies will accept that risk🤔

I told the H&S person at my last employer that. As long is this vaccine was issued under an emergency approval, and was not licensed, then any attempt to have me vaccinated as part of my employment would require a signed letter from the CEO accepting personal responsibilty for any and all side effects.

This is while only around half the people in Dr Fauci’s own organisation have been vaccinated. Is their ‘hesitancy’ because, if these vaccines were any other drug overseen by the FDA, the death rate attributed to their use would have had them withdrawn ages ago?

https://www.enr.com/articles/51691-osha-imposes-new-guidance-for-employer-required-covid-19-vaccines They will have difficult to implement this in the US ,delegating this mandate to employers and colleges. The WH is of course aware of the judicial circumstances and this is just another psy op. According to guidelines employer needs to compensate vaccinated employee for any side effects of vaccines as work related injury if mandatory(see link above). The escalating side effects of the current vaccine would dampen any enthusiasm for mandatory vaccinations and most employer would go for recommended vaccination. They might hide it having clauses as religious/philosophical reasons for not accepting the vaccine. As for colleges only admitting vaccinated pupils can lead them into court in civil suits(lower evidence ) where there would be enormous liabilities for colleges as outlined in a quote from Denninger below. Could some venues like sport, cruises etc have it? Perhaps but I think market forces will correct that. Remember almost half of US military has not opted for the vaccine and WH dare not do it mandatory. Do you think in the end sport venues, cruises would discriminate against members of US military forces? Quote from Denninger “In 2021 thus far 99% of all vaccine-associated deaths were from the Covid shots, while just one… Read more »

Excellent idea. I too demand that these people prove that the drugs offered are actually vaccines, providing long term immunity.
