CDC Investigating Reports of Heart Inflammation in Young Covid Vaccine Recipients

by Michael Curzon
23 May 2021 11:25 AM

The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is investigating several dozen reports of heart inflammation in teenagers and young adults after Covid vaccination. These cases occurred in people days after receiving an mRNA vaccine, though the agency did not specify whether this was linked to the Pfizer or the Moderna vaccine (or both). The New York Times has more.

The [agency’s vaccine safety] group’s statement was sparse in details, saying only that there were “relatively few” cases and that they may be entirely unrelated to vaccination. The condition, called myocarditis, is an inflammation of the heart muscle, and can occur following certain infections.

The CDC’s review of the reports is in the early stages, and the agency has yet to determine whether there is any evidence that the vaccines caused the heart condition. It has posted some guidance on its website for doctors and clinicians to be alert to unusual heart symptoms among young people who had just received their shots.

“It may simply be a coincidence that some people are developing myocarditis after vaccination,” said Dr Celine Gounder, an Infectious Disease Specialist at Bellevue Hospital Center in New York. “It’s more likely for something like that to happen by chance, because so many people are getting vaccinated right now.”

The cases seem to have occurred predominantly in adolescents and young adults about four days after their second dose of one of the mRNA vaccines, which are Moderna and Pfizer-BioNTech. And the cases were more common in males than in females.

“Most cases appear to be mild, and follow-up of cases is ongoing,” the vaccine safety group said…

“We look forward to seeing more data about these cases, so we can better understand if they are related to the vaccine or if they are coincidental,” said Dr Yvonne Maldonado, Chair of the American Academy of Pediatrics’ Committee on Infectious Diseases. “Meanwhile, it’s important for pediatricians and other clinicians to report any health concerns that arise after vaccination.” …

In the general population, about 10 to 20 of every 100,000 people each year develop myocarditis, or an inflammation of the heart, experiencing symptoms ranging from fatigue and chest pain to arrhythmias and cardiac arrest. Many others likely have mild symptoms and are never diagnosed, according to researchers.

At the moment, the number of cases of myocarditis reported after vaccination does not appear to be greater than would normally be seen in young people, according to the CDC. But members of the agency’s vaccine safety group “felt that information about reports of myocarditis should be communicated to providers”, the report said.

Mancunian children as young as 16 are to be offered Covid mRNA vaccines due to fears about the Indian Covid variant. The CDC continues to recommend Covid vaccines for Americans aged 12 and over.

The New York Times report is worth reading in full.

This is also being reported in the UK mainstream news, such as the Daily Mail, Guardian, Telegraph, etc. although quite hard to find…

Millions of coincidences are happening and still forthcoming, across all age groups.
My father coincidentally now suffers heart and breathing problems after having been gene therapied with Pfizer’s poison, a neighbour of his coincidentally had a stroke thereafter and my uncle coincidentally can’t move his right hand anymore since then.
Obviously, they are so brainwashed and their doctors so corrupt, that they neither fathomed, nor reported, nor investigated any link.

This is my worry, having watched “Good Man Down” on the UK Column site and also listened to James Delingpole in conversation with “nina” an NHS GP receptionist talking about how few of the many adverse events are reported to the Yellow Card system.

They’re worried. Grieving and angry parents will begin to talk to the media – they can’t keep children’s injuries and deaths quiet for long. They have to look as though they are doing due diligence.
Careers could be at stake. Potentially. They know quite well that these are not coincidences.

I didn’t see any reference to any deaths or long term injuries. Myocarditis is a common consequence of any viral infection, and they have been occurring throughout history.

Norman, nice try. If these events were chance, they’d occur with the same frequency in any of fourteen days (4 before & 10 after vaccination).
They don’t occur with even vaguely similar frequency, but are 20-30x more common in the first few days after vaccination than at any other time studied.

The surge in coincidences seems to be a disease in its own right. Or am I seeing coincidence where there is none?

I am sure the coincidence theory will win out though.

How much longer does this have to go on before enough people say “enough”?

Whoever and whatever is behind all this anti-human behaviour must be held to account and face the strongest consequences. We are in ‘crimes against humanity’ territory now.

Banal is actually not an adjective I’d use for Hancock. He is quite an exceptional individual, since he can simultaneously exhibit high levels of the following characteristics: narcissism, innumeracy, pomposity, hubris, self delusion, cretinism, condescension, and general out and out twattishness.

It’s quite remarkable. I’ve rarely come across anyone so irritating and useless, yet so convinced of his own majesty. Astonishing.

I don’t have words to express my feeling of living in a parallel world. How can these children and young people benefit in any way from having a vaccine which reduces symptoms from severe to less than severe when children do not get severe illness? What possible benefit is there to them or wider society? I feel more like I don’t belong to this new world every day.

The human brain is wired to detect patterns, including spotting coincidences, and using them to explain things that have happened. Sadly many of the patterns it spots aren’t actually valid.
Given the vast number of different “reactions” to vaccines that have been reported, I can’t help but be sceptical of them all without scientific proof and the identification of the mechanism which links the vaccine with the effect.
I suspect this is why so many people self diagnose as allergic to some food component or other. I have lost count of the number of my friends who have given up gluten, only to relate months or years later that they are now giving up, say dairy, having convinced themselves that this is the true cause, and find gluten no longer affects them.

Well, the point is that if a vaccine had been more thoroughly tested over a longer period, these issues would have come to light during TRIALS and could have been investigated fully and either dismissed as coincidence or found to be of concern and appropriate steps taken. But what we’re seeing is the largest vaccine trial in human history, on the whole population, including those whose risk from covid is minute. For a disappearing virus, that doesn’t sound wise or justified.

Most of these cases happen after the second dose and within 4 days. This makes it very unlikely to be just common background rate. This pattern is the most disturbing and it seems that the Israeli gov has tried to hide this information. This side effect is mainly in young men. There are suspicion of cases in Israeli Armed forces and at least 14 cases are investigated in the US Military forces. Myocarditis can occur in young men but this temporal pattern is extraordinary and cannot be easily pointed to background rate.

Google / DuckDuckGo “Doctors4CovidEthics” and you’ll find several Open Letters to the European Medicines Agency, describing the most likely main mechanism of toxicity & a calculation indicating lack of therapeutic margin especially in younger recipients.

Dr Celine Gounder is either a moron or a liar. She says:

“It’s more likely for something like that to happen by chance, because so many people are getting vaccinated right now.”

If something happens “by chance”, then it means its incidence is entirely random. If its random incidence is increasing because of a secondary phenomenon (as she claims is happening here), then it cannot possibly be occurring by chance! She’s saying the myocarditis incidence is occuring at higher rates because of the vaccination (and so admitting a correlation/causation link between the two events), but also then simultaneously claiming that this is not linked to the vaccination as the myocarditis events are occurring “by chance”.

What a mendacious and statistically illiterate little liar. I hope she is sued by the families of all the young people who die because they trusted in ‘experts’ like her, and jailed along with all these other propagandists who’re defiling the name of true science.

Rather oddly, as reported in this Reuters article dated 7 May, the CDC said categorically at the beginning of May that they had ‘not found a link’ between the vaccines and myocarditis. If so, why do they now feel the need to investigate again whilst maintaining the line three weeks later that “It’s more likely for something like that to happen by chance”? It doesn’t add up. This suggests they were either being unduly reassuring in early May or something has since made them change their mind which makes their latest statements on the matter disingenuous. The Reuters article reports that the European Medicines Agency is investigating a possible link, but I have heard nothing since.

CDC investigating seriously and purposely downplaying myocarditis/hart_inflammation caused by the vaccine in the young and healthy. But they had to acknowledge it at least. From the leaked data from Israel ministry of health, hart inflammation after the Pfizer vaccine in the young (<~30y) and healthy happens at a rate of about 1 in 20,000 (at least). Number of cases might have not been reported due to political pressure since the maniac Benjamin wants to boast how he vaccinated the entire nation. There were also 2 deaths among young and healthy. The rate of deaths would be about 1 in 200,000 (at least). LS reported on the leaked report last month link. This is not the rate of hart inflammation happening in general to young&healthy in such a short time frame, the general rate is much lower for them. The “about 10 to 20 of every 100,000 people each year develop myocarditis” CDC mentioned is within a whole year, not few weeks or a month during the period in which vaccination of young&healthy happened. Also it probably refers to entire population, where it mainly happens in elderly. Also these cases happened few days after vaccination so most likely all of them are… Read more »

We know that covid is a serious concern for the very old (80+) and those with multiple co-morbidities. Anyone outside those groups is not suffering from covid. They are possibly suffering from a common problem of ‘genetic’ vaccines – immune system enhancement, where the ‘vaccine’ induces a strong disease-like reaction. It was noted in early genetic malaria vaccines in the 1980s. Malaria is Whitty’s specialism, so there is zero chance that he is unaware of this issue.

Why is it that so many healthy people are willing to be injected with vaccines that have yet to complete their medical trials? Do they not know that the vaccines only have emergency authorisation? I really don’t understand people’s thinking on this.

I have often wondered too. Maybe because I’m very familiar with trials, I know what is known and what is not known so far, so it seems very obvious to me. But my mother and sister and in-laws went ahead and had the vaccine, despite me being very clear on the risks they were taking.
I think my husband would like to take it (for an easy life), but knows I would be furious at putting himself at risk like that. It’s not like we’d be compensated if he couldn’t work again, and this made him think twice.

My family watch the BBC and read the Telegraph and believe what they are told. Despite my profession and knowledge of the vaccine industry, they think I’ve gone a bit bonkers conspiracy theory nutty. They trust the government when they say “the vaccines are safe”, despite it being a demonstrable lie.

The upshot for me is that I will never believe anything the government say ever again. Or the BBC. They were both on fairly shaky ground beforehand to be fair, but this has been the final straw.

I have been pondering this question. Why are we immune from this massive deception? (Obviously we all know Covid exists, but the rest.) I wonder whether those raised with apparently dependable authority figures in childhood are less likely to question or spot the lies?
In childhood I saw unfair and indeed deranged authority figures in action, and I entered adulthood already wary.

Can someone please point me to the emergency authorisation for use of these so-called vaccines in children? Why are they being offered to 16-year olds in Manchester? As usual, where are the journalists questioning this?
