“Texas Is Open 100%” – Texan Businesses Banned from Requiring Vaccine Passports

by Michael Curzon
8 June 2021 11:44 AM

All government entities and private businesses in Texas are now banned from requiring proof of vaccination as a condition for service or entry, with Governor Greg Abbott declaring that the state is “open 100%”. The Epoch Times has the story.

“Texas is open 100%, and we want to make sure you have the freedom to go where you want without limits,” the Republican Governor announced in a video post on Twitter.

Texas is open 100%.

Texans should have the freedom to go where they want without any limits, restrictions, or requirements.

Today, I signed a law that prohibits any TX business or gov’t entity from requiring vaccine passports or any vaccine information. pic.twitter.com/JQXOe4cHgY

— Greg Abbott (@GregAbbott_TX) June 7, 2021

The Lone Star state in March ended its statewide mask mandate and allowed all businesses to open at full capacity after having implemented mandates and restrictions due to the pandemic.

Abbott announced on Monday with the signing of the legislation that “no business or government entity can require a person to provide a vaccine passport or any other vaccine information as a condition of receiving any service or entering any place”.

The new law SB 968 covers many aspects of the public health disaster and public health emergency preparedness and response. It was approved unanimously in April and was passed by a vote of 146-2 by the state House in May.

Effective immediately, Texas businesses “may not require a customer to provide any documentation certifying the customer’s Covid vaccination or post-transmission recovery on entry to, to gain access to, or to receive service from the business”, the legislation states. State agencies in charge of different business sectors can require that businesses comply with the new law as a condition to be authorised to conduct business in Texas.

Furthermore, businesses that don’t comply with the law will not be able to enter any state contracts and will be ineligible to receive a grant.

Businesses can still implement their own Covid infection control protocols “in accordance with state and federal law to protect public health”.

Abbott had signed an executive order in April that banned government entities from requiring vaccine passports as a condition to receive services or gain entry to premises. The order included any private businesses that receive public funding. But the executive order did not apply to entirely private businesses, which the new law covers with regard to vaccine passports.

Worth reading in full.

You would think the fat woke idiot in Downing St and his communist “advisors” would take note.

Don’t suck your comfort blanket of pretense – it’s a diversion.. It’s not ‘communist advisors’ that are the essential problem – it’s the Tory advisors and sundry gong-chasers and significance seekers.

Why would they take note?

There is no evidence for lockdown so they’re not going to make decisions based on evidence.

The only way they’ll take note is that Texas has gone off-piste and corrective action is needed. I’m surprised we haven’t seen sanctions being issued out yet.

The whole ‘vaccine’ thing makes me lol. Any jab – and we all KNOW it doesn’t stop you getting it or passing it on, it just maybe prevents some symptoms – is only useful against the variants that were around when it was created. So anyone who had a jab back in December isn’t going to be ‘protected’ against the hundreds of thousands of variants around today.

And the jab passport cannot provide any confirmation that said person isn’t infected and isn’t able to pass any infection on.

It’s certainly not about public health.

That makes it two….
Abbott took a bit longer to regain his marbles than DeSantis, but at least he finally did.
I’d apply for asylum in a heartbeat if Texas&Florida joined up to secede and found a new, proper and truly free America.

It’s not just the leaders we need to fight, but mainly 90% of the people aka the cult members.
And that’s one which is pretty much impossible to win.
ANY cult can’t be reached and therefore has and will only end through and in the catastrophe, here meaning either millions of vaccine deaths that can’t be covered up anymore and/or that the money has run out.

I reckon the brainwashed unfortunates could be de-brainwashed pretty easily. Just change the narrative in the media for a couple of weeks and they’d go along with whatever they’re told……okay so maybe not de-brainwashed but brainwashed to think something completely different.

You know fair play to the fascists getting their way. Conservatives understand that human nature is such that people love power and self interest, which is why there is no better model than democracy. What I really can’t stand is the gullibility of the people.

USA here (South Carolina)… we just cancelled a planned three-week hike in the Swiss Alps at the end of July. Switzerland can’t make up its mind about tourists, and (quite frankly) the prospect of a transfer at Heathrow is terrifying.

We’ve been open and maskless here for months, and aren’t interested in reverting. So our new plan involves Texas, canoes, and rifles.

We have loved visiting the U.K. and Europe, but until the Pandemic Tyrants give up, we’ll have to content with the “free states” of Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, Texas, etc.

We’ve already had refugees fleeing the UK’s secret family courts, and some of us feel we’re not much better off now than the Hong Kong democracy activists who tried to escape on a rickety old boat. Desperate times here.

Seconded! It’s the USA “Free States”, perhaps Sweden (maybe, but EU?) or the South Pole. The Roman Empire took about a century to fall, but the UK, “world-class” and “world-beating” has achieved its nadir in 14 months. Our new Nero, Johnson, has fiddled whilst the country burns.

I foolishly giggled to myself in my younger days when hearing about the stat that only 30% or so US citizens had a passport. But now, after seeing the world for a bit I can’t come up with any compelling reason why a passport is needed. The USA has eveything you’d every want, and of course back in the day I believe you could travel to Canada, Mexico, PR and other Caribbean islands without a passport too.

My friend moved from the UK to Atlanta a few years ago and he’s had the time of his life over the last 18 months. I think he’s currently camping and kayaking in Yellowstone Park… I’m so so jealous.

Thanks for this. Another interesting addition to the Magnet Challenge!

To summarise, this video states that,

The young woman who posted the video who could stick metal objects to her body has a diagnosis of Guillaine Barre syndrome (which can progress to lethal illness)

The CDC currently states there are no ingredients in the covid vaccines that can produce an electromagnetic field.

https://duckduckgo.com/?q=CDC+can+a+covid+vacine+make+you+magnetic+&t=chromentp&atb=v170-1&ia=web

Can receiving a COVID-19 vaccine cause you to be magnetic?comment image
No. Receiving a COVID-19 vaccine will not make you magnetic, including at the site of vaccination which is usually your arm. COVID-19 vaccines do not contain ingredients that can produce an electromagnetic field at the site of your injection. All COVID-19 vaccines are free from metals such as iron, nickel, cobalt, lithium, and rare earth alloys, as well as any manufactured products such as microelectronics, electrodes, carbon nanotubes, and nanowire semiconductors. In addition, the typical dose for a COVID-19 vaccine is less than a milliliter, which is not enough to allow magnets to be attracted to your vaccination site even if the vaccine was filled with a magnetic metal.
Learn more about the ingredients in the COVID-19 vaccinations authorized for use in the United States.

Nevertheless magnetofection research shows that this has been used experimentally to enhance the ability of RNA/DNA to incorporate into cells.

http://www.chemicell.com/products/magnetofection/docs/magnetofection_2_4.pdf

The magnetofection ingredients appear to be part of / or added to the lipid nanoparticles as a forced gene delivery system.

Chemicell advertise magnetofection technologies, but the disclaimer states that the magnofection reagents are only intended for research use…not intended to be used for human drug delivery.

They appear to be used in the Pfizer and Moderna vaxxiine vials and appear to be undeclared ingredients.

The lipid nanoparticles remain in the body for months (as I have posted here before) and appear (in some people at least) to spread throughout the body.

Welcome to chemicell!

That won’t happen because Texas still has a sizeable non-vaccinated control group. Covid21 is possibly going to be enhanced by vaccine antibodies (ADE), so somewhere with freedom of medical consent might inconveniently highlight that.

The US has also been largely also sucked into this.

But it has one constitutional advantage, if it is used – the relative power of lower levels of government. We have lost this distinction.

Don’t be too impressed by Gov. Abbott. His declaration is actually surprisingly weak — major companies across the state are getting around it by requiring vaccines of all of their employees, for example. Employees are being threatened with forced masking if they don’t comply. Until he requires all businesses doing business in the State to comply with the state laws, companies will find a way around it. Most Texans, sadly, find themselves being coerced under this tyranny if they want to have a job.
