NHS Doctor: Matt Hancock is “Not Fit for Public Office and Needs to be Removed Before He Inflicts Further Harm on the People of this Country”

by Will Jones
18 June 2021 5:11 PM

NHS GP Dr Helen Westwood, a member of HART, has written a letter to her MP Sir Graham Brady expressing her concerns about the possible Government plans for mandatory vaccination of healthcare workers and others. She previously wrote to him at the end of April and received a reply from Vaccines Minister Nadhim Zahawi that we published on Lockdown Sceptics offering the paper-thin reassurance that the U.K. “currently operates a system of informed consent for vaccinations”. “Why does he need to use the word ‘currently’?” she asked. “Are there plans for mandatory vaccination in future?” There were indeed, and she is not impressed – to the point of calling for Health Secretary Matt Hancock to be shown the door before he does any more damage. Here is her letter in full.

Dear Sir Graham,

I refer to my earlier correspondence dated March 2nd and April 26th regarding the concerns I have about the COVID-19 vaccination program.

I am grateful to you for raising these concerns with the Minister for COVID-19 Vaccine Deployment. Sadly Mr Zahawi seems to be either unwilling or unable to respond to my questions. Perhaps he is just delaying until the vaccine rollout has reached the whole adult population as it is due to imminently.

Mr Zahawi said in his letter to you that “the UK currently operates a system of informed consent for vaccinations”. Clearly the current proposals to make vaccinations compulsory for care home workers and possibly frontline NHS workers is completely counter to this. If a medical intervention is mandated for one group in society why not others? What about visitors to care homes? Delivery drivers? Shop workers? The list will go on and on.

I would like to draw your attention again to Article 6 of the Universal Declaration on Bioethics and Human Rights. It states that “any preventive, diagnostic and therapeutic medical intervention is only to be carried out with the prior, free and informed consent of the person concerned, based on adequate information. The consent should, where appropriate, be express and may be withdrawn by the person concerned at any time and for any reason without disadvantage or prejudice”. If an individual is being coerced into undergoing vaccination, through fear of losing their livelihood, then they are not giving “free and informed consent”. In effect, the person administering the vaccine in such circumstances is committing the criminal offence of Assault and Battery. We know that the pharmaceutical companies have been granted legal indemnity by the Government but what indemnity does the vaccinator have in this situation?

In my opinion to ask anyone to undergo a medical intervention for the benefit of others is profoundly unethical. Population immunity, achieved through high vaccine take-up, is a by-product rather than the primary reason for immunising an individual. This ethical problem is particularly pertinent to the arguments given for rolling the program out to children, but is also relevant to the majority of healthy working-age adults. The mortality risk from COVID-19 in this cohort is lower than that for seasonal influenza. People are being persuaded to have these vaccines to protect society at large. Why is nobody in Government paying attention to the significant morbidity and mortality being reported on the Yellow Card system in relation to the administration of the vaccines? Young healthy people are being exposed to risks, both known and unknown, in taking these vaccines yet have little to gain in terms of personal benefit. Dr Tess Lawrie wrote an open letter to MHRA Chief Executive Dr June Raine saying that “the MHRA now has more than enough evidence on the Yellow Card system to declare the COVID-19 vaccines unsafe for use in humans”. At the very least we should be pausing to review the data before coercing young care home workers into having this vaccine when the results of the phase 3 trials are not yet known or understood.

In my discussions with patients who have undergone vaccination I have come to realise that many are unaware that these vaccines do not yet have full marketing authorisation. Sadly, the vaccine trials have now been compromised by being unblinded and control arm participants being offered the active drug. Given that these vaccines are still in their experimental phase, surely point 1 of the Nuremberg code applies: the voluntary consent of the human subject is absolutely essential. How is this in any way compatible with mandatory vaccination?

According to Dominic Cummings, the Prime Minister referred to Matt Hancock as “fucking hopeless”. Having heard the Health Secretary say that there is a “material difference” in the duty of care owed by the state to those who have not yet been offered the vaccine compared to those that have not taken up the offer of vaccination, I would go as far as to say he is dangerous and a menace. He is not fit for public office and needs to be removed from his post before he inflicts further harm on the people of this country. The GMC’s Good Medical Practice guidance states that Doctors must “treat patients and colleagues fairly and without discrimination“. I do not think there is an exception to this based on vaccination status. Similarly the NHS constitution says that “the NHS provides a comprehensive service, available to all” and that staff has a “duty not to discriminate against patients or staff and to adhere to…human rights legislation”. With regard to patients it says “you have the right to accept or refuse treatment that is offered to you, and not to be given any…treatment unless you have given valid consent”. Perhaps the Health Secretary ought to familiarise himself with these documents.

Having read my comments you will not be surprised to learn that I still do not intend to take this vaccine currently. I refuse to be bullied into undergoing a medical intervention against my will. It is against everything I would advocate for my patients. With record waiting lists in the NHS it would seem to me to be unwise to risk losing a proportion of the workforce by forging ahead with plans for making COVID-19 vaccination compulsory.

Yours sincerely,

Dr Helen Westwood

Hello Mike. If you are indeed the real Mike Yeadon then I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for what you are doing. Five Eyes? Yes, but I think I cracked the code today. This requires more research but I think this is pretty conclusive: Blackrock is buying every single family house they can find, paying 20-50% above asking price and outbidding normal home buyers. Why are corporations, pension funds and property investment groups buying entire neighborhoods out from under the middle class? Lets take a look. Homes are popping up on MLS and going under contract within a few hours. Blackrock, among others, are buying up thousands of new homes and entire neighborhoods. So who is Blackrock? Only the worlds largest asset manager and the leading proponent of The Great Reset. Theyre looking to redistribute -Get this- $120Trillion dollars. The entire wealth of the worlds middle class and poor combined several times over. As an example, a 124 new home neighborhood was bought in its entirety in Texas. Average Americans were outbid to a tune of $32million. Homes sold at an avg if 20% above listing. Now the entire neighborhood is made up of SFR’s. What… Read more »

OK, I once again set myself up to be ridiculed and “told to kill myself” on this website so I hope you read this.:) Consider: –         We have evidence that the Chinese intended to weaponize coronaviruses from 2015. –         This defector Dong – published today in fact – has evidence that CV19 was a bioweapon and intended to release it against the West. –          We know that the Rockefellers were the ones behind China’s rise. –         We know that an inordinate number of oligarchs are backing China as the next superpower. –         We know that Maurice Strong – another Sinophlilic billionaire – and likely creator of the “climate change” scam (which this scam closely resembles and ties into) – was one of the first Western oligarchs to move to China permanently. –         We know that China is precluded from “climate change” discussions and treaties because it is used as an “environmental arbitrage” zone by the biggest corporations on Earth. The slave labour is a nice bonus. –         Despite the well-considered evidence from Ron Unz suggesting that the US was behind the CV19 leak, it is becoming increasingly obvious that China released this deliberately (see my other post on this thread by searching for “baboon” to see the… Read more »

I’m quite a busy person and also a night owl. I find I’m at my most coherent, and least coherent, at night. It’s an extreme irritation.

Anyway, I floated my hypothesis with a few of the scientists I follow on Twitter today and they all gave it a like, if not a reply.

I am deeply concerned I’m on to something.

I don’t know if this has anything to do with the price of fish but there’s also the Made in Chi na 2025 strategy, easy to find by searching. As you may know, I was among the first to deduce with horror that the only explanation for what is happening is a depopulation agenda.
I proposed that the purpose of the PCR based covid fraud was to herd everyone onto the VaxPass database.
That gives totalitarian control & in turn that will be used to coerce top up vaccination.
As these are superfluous, they have another purpose.
This is not about money,

Nor can I see why pharma would want to reduce its new ‘profit centre’. Some say this was a response to its declining RoI.

It seems that GPs are increasingly not just paid an annual fee to have a patient on their list (IMO the most ethical method) but paid to test regularly for BP, cholesterol. Most of the time, in over-50s, they find something ‘wrong’. They then put these patients – unless they’re the awkward squad – on drugs, usually fairly expensive although sometimes by now out of patent.

The drug suppliers and the GPs both profit out of chronic disease.

The few GPs who teach their patients to become healthy by diet alone are not reimbursed for the saving on the practice drugs bill.

I am a “conspiracy theorist”. I “awoke” on the 11th September 2001. My Texan girlfriend and I watched the events of that day on TV. When the towers collapsed, something inside me said “this is bullshit”. I didn’t know the term “false flag” at that point (which I should have done as a history student) but I said to my GF: “the only conclusion I have from all this is that the American government did this to itself”. Needless to say, she wasn’t impressed. I was incredibly slow on the uptake on this current situation. The main problem was that every time I tried to find alternative information, all I got was: “it’s the 5G!”, “it’s just the flu bro!”, “the virus doesn’t exist!”. I acknowledge I’m a “conspiracy theorist” but I am rarely wrong on anything and if an alternative explanation sounds like garbage then it probably is. I prefer the term “critical thinker” or “analyst”, but it’s funny how many of my friends from University… Read more »

I agree Jane. A lot of hot air for no reason.

Is the purpose demoralization? To show who’s in charge? A backup plan in case this one fails (remember, these people aren’t Gods, they can only influence events).

For example, Trump and Brexit were not on their agenda. Those events seriously messed with their shit.

I have repeatedly told climate change believers (of which I used to be one – ironically when it was a “conspiracy theory” to the normies) that peak water is next on the agenda.

How do I know this? I work in the financial industry and have seen the prospectuses from the big banks.

The fact these are coming from big banks tells you all you need to know.

Thank you very much Dr. Yeadon. You have made my day.

There is no benign explanation. If the “vaccines” were designed to save lives then we would have stopped them at 25 deaths. Instead, Hancock is “urging” people to “get jabbed” with 1,300 deaths on Yellow Card. No mention of contraindications, related previous health problems, drug contraindications or previous Covid infection. This tells me all I need to know.

It would certainly get maximum circulation in the media and political circles if it were countersigned by several hundred other concerned UK doctors (we keep hearing about them) and other medical professionals, and posted as a full page ad in the Times.
Full marks to Dr Westwood, but the silence from the medical profession on these issues has been deafening. I sincerely hope they have not contracted the same condition that Dr Westwood suspects Mr Zahawi is suffering from by delaying their objections ‘until the vaccine rollout has reached the whole adult population as it is due to imminently’.

I was pondering on Hancock’s comments regarding the possibility of giving a lesser service to those who are not jabbed. Aside from the more obvious parallels like withholding treatment to smokers, people who do dangerous sports etc, you could use the same argument to withhold treatment from people who attempt suicide on the basis they are self-harming, just as an unjabbed person is seen to be self-harming by the loonies in charge.

Given the colossal NHS waiting list of neglected patients, it’s unlikely anyone, regardless of vaccine status, will be receiving adequate treatment. Handy cock knows that very well but is getting rather desperate and couldn’t help himself. He sees himself as personifying the NHS, but not in a good way.

Exactly. The ongoing damage is incalculable. In early 2020 two separate consults told me that in the immediate future I needed a new knee and a double cataract operation. I’m now told that the earliest that can be done unless I pay for it is 2024. By then I will apparently be walking with a stick or in a buggy, and legally blind. There are many in a worse place than myself.

Strange though – the vaccines were not perfect at the start of the year. Some people really did postpone their Christmas and planned a ‘proper family one’ in March – well good luck with that. So the vaccines weren’t perfect then, but they’re supposed to be perfect now? good luck with explaining that one Hancock.

I agree but haven’t we moved away from democratic two (or more party) left/right politics to
skeptics/authoritarianism (where traditional left and right can fall into either skeptics or authoritarianism (in this current situation)?
So no longer left right but up down.
Presumably it will become a technocratic ‘up’ and a communism ‘down’.
The vaccine passport and/or a banking cyber attack could bring that on quicker than I could bear.
What now?
I’m not educated and can’t speak to others without rambling incoherence, but I can see what’s happening.
Presumably the rebelling MPs can see that too and must know how short time is to rescue this mess?
Will MPs just become like area enforcers, like they have in China – checking the locals are obeying the rules.
I have the feeling we won’t be getting a general election again.
Someone put me right please!

Not a possibility – 100% stone cold certainty. The doctor bravely confronts the Elephant in the room. This is a vitally important point as people need to be clear that if this abhorrent policy is initiated it will affect everyone within a remarkably short space of time – and it won’t stop with two doses of this particular “vaccine”.

“The U.K. “currently operates a system of informed consent for vaccinations”. “Why does he need to use the word ‘currently’?” she asked. “Are there plans for mandatory vaccination in future?”

When the people accepted the invasive test requirements and the mandatory masking, they signed away their unalienable individual right of bodily autonomy, with more of that and other rights being taken away from them assured to be forthcoming.

You quote the Commmon Law. I watched a lawyer who said that regardless of any Statute there is the fundamental and Common Law right to not be harmed. Not one person authorising or administering these vaccines can say you will not be harmed. Indeed if anyone puts the MHRA results under their nose there is a high chance of actually being harmed. So in essence these vaccines can never be properly lawfully be mandated. They can attempt to change Statute Law. To do so they would have to go through the motions of passing primary legislation and not sneak through the back door like the Corona Act. Even if Statute Law changes, this does not override your fundamental Common law Rights. Also there is the criminal offences of assault and battery. Again given that these vaccines have a good chance of causing you harm there is also a case for claiming these if anyone attempts to hold you down. I am receiving so many texts and calls inviting me for one of these vaccines (despite repeatedly declining) that I am going to assume that in reality they do not have sufficient uptake for “their agenda”… Others have spelled out what… Read more »

Thank you. That is very useful and more or less backs up what I thought. I am looking into Common Law at the moment , it may be useful at some stage.

There are more culprits to this than ministers.
Without media cheerleaders and the now utilitarian brainwashed mob, none of this would fly.
But the people who will load most guilt upon their shoulders are the complicit discriminating business leaders and the judges who rule in their and their discriminstions favour.
We can but hope, agitate, sue, support these lawsuits and hold out, so that they will land in the dock for that one day.
The special place in hell is reserved and assured for them anyway.

In my discussions with patients who have undergone vaccination I have come to realise that many are unaware that these vaccines do not yet have full marketing authorisation. This is so true – I have yet to speak to anyone who has had the jab who was fully aware that these are trial vaccines. Not only are they completely unaware of this fact (which i think in many cases if they knew this they would probably have had second thoughts) but many I speak to also think that the jab is mandatory … that when they get their letter in the post to visit their local GP for their jab that they MUST go – I point out to then that its an OFFER not an ORDER – they don’t have to accept the offer to have the jab if they didn’t want to. Lastly I would say that 99.9% of the people I speak to think that the vaccine means they will never get coronavirus – they seriously beleive that they will never get covid again once they have had their jabs- they don’t even bother to read the leaflet given to them after the jab that clearly states… Read more »

Absolutely so if they haven’t been provided with all that information prior to receiving their jab they cannot give ‘informed consent’. Because of this those giving these jabs will be the fall guys when it all hits the fan.

Yes. A friend of a friend recently been to a vax centre and spoken to the Nurse in charge. The nurse in charge apparently said a few things to my acquaintance: while they are offering the vaccines to all in the country, not every vaccine is always taken, or always necessary, for each individual depending on their age &/or health profile and many other factors – fair enough, good start.
The nurse also said, when questioned about the temporary authorisation bit which they had put in writing at the centre, that the vaccines had fully completed all clinical trials – NOT so good! I’m no expert but that surely flies in the face of NHS ethics, and the principle of informed consent. Maybe venturing into the area of criminal negligence. IDK.

The ignorance and naivety spreads much further than just the vaccine rollout, but yes, the ‘invitation’ certainly isn’t worded as such with the words BOOK YOUR VACCINE NOW emblazened across the top. As with much else, the government and the NHS know full well that most people will fall for it.

Calling it a vaccine is a lie. Traditionally a vaccine provides immunity. (There will be statistical outliers). These experimental Gene therapies don’t even claim to do that. They are not vaccines and should not be called such.

Correct. Even more people don’t know that than that they are experimental and have an emergency approvsl only.
Even Eric Clapton thought that the AZ one was a traditional one and he also went for it because it was British.
And he is one of the smarter people.

People should be offered (or indeed have to have) a thorough discussion with a well-informed and honest GP before participating in these drugs trials. Failure to ensure this by the government arguably amounts to a crime against humanity.

Dr Helen Westwood is doing yeoman’s work and I appreciated her persistence in the face of a system that doesn’t want to know.

Her last letter referenced ADE. I note on twitter there is chatter amongst scientists that there may be confirmations of ADE in Indonesia.

VACCINE ENHANCED DISEASE:

Today’s updated briefing attached. There are now more vaccinated deaths than unvaccinated

https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/994839/Variants_of_Concern_VOC_Technical_Briefing_16.pdf…

People fully vaccinated over 2 weeks before who tested positive: 4087. 26 died. That’s a mortality rate of (26÷4087)×100=0.64%

People not vaccinated who tested positive: 35,521. 34 died. That’s a mortality rate of (34÷35,521)×100=0.096%

The increase in the chance of dying if two weeks post full vaccination compared to no vaccination is 0.64÷0.096=**6.66**

THERE ARE 6.66 TIMES MORE CHANCE OF DYING FROM COVID19 IF YOU ARE TWO WEEKS FULLY VACCINATED THAN NON VACCINATED.

https://twitter.com/robinmonotti2/status/1405899359313661955

It looks like Joel Smalley (a data modeller I really trust) has checked the numbers, so I think we can take this to the bank.

I too send my heartfelt best wishes to Dr Westwood. Matt Hancock has crossed a line and is beyond the pale – he is now stipulating that clinicians should throw aside their ethics in favour of following his forceful dictats. Wrt vaccinations he first did this last December wrt the NHS Behaviour Change Unit document which included guidance to clinicians on how to coerce, whoops, ‘encourage’ people to have vaccination against covid. This document itemised that a barrier to getting other clinicians onside were their ‘professional ethics’, see item 4.3 on penultimate page, let alone the rest of the coercing pressurising tactics included in this shocking document. Vaccination do and donts by audience cohorts (covidtruths.co.uk) It’s a terrible day when a doctor’s professional ethics are seen as a problem…… Since then we’ve heard Hancock’s edict that he will seek to compel care home workers and clinicians to have the experimental jab against their free consent. This is despite Council of Europe, Nuremberg, NHS and GMC guidance to the contrary, ie not to compel and respecting the capacitous patient’s right to choose. GMC guidance includes: “If a patient can’t make a decision freely, they won’t be able to consent,” and “You must… Read more »

Good old Dr. Helen Westwood, one of the heroines of this shambles.

And I’ll say now, if I hear that she is forced to give up her profession because of the likes of useless hancock, I am likely to rule out supporting such parties in future at least until reparations are made in full to their victims.

I’ve drafted an absolutely appalling letter to my MP, accusing him of being a traitor to humanity for supporting these measures. I don’t know whether I should send such invective, although I believe I will. Writing with logical argument to him doesn’t even get a response. In my eyes, such MPs are indeed traitors to humanity.

I’ve been struggling with the phrase ‘traitor to humanity’. Is it just a gratuitous insult? Would I say it to his face – I wouldn’t write anything I wouldn’t say to someone’s face. So in my letter I’ve tried to justify what I mean: ‘Traitor to humanity’ is an emotive and serious charge. Well let us look at was has happened. Healthy people incarcerated in their homes. Prevented from travelling. Prevented from earning a living. Their businesses and livelihoods destroyed. Forced to cover their faces. Denied health care. Allowed to wallow in pain and die from preventable causes. Stopped from seeing friends and relatives. Prevented from protesting. Old people left in care homes on their own for months on end, denied visits and human contact. Old people left to die alone. Even stories of children being left to die alone. Women giving birth on their own, while forced to wear a mask. Children denied education, and then forced to wear masks when they are in school. The full resources of the State dedicated to terrorising the public into compliance. And looking to the future we have the coercion and eventually effective mandation of experimental gene therapies. The list of moral… Read more »

Treatment is currently witheld for everyone, vaccinated or not.. Matt Wanksock’s implied threat is hollow. A bit like the travel threat. The double jabbers thought they would be free to travel. They aren’t and will not be. Neither the vaccinated or the unvaccinated can travel freely. Likewise medical treatment.. same boat, except the vaccinated have some potential concerns floating inside their boodies.

I shall keep on trying to push everyone should do the same. Vote for that party again – never again shall I never!

McVey knows what’s going on because I gave her a personal briefing.
Other than voting against the freedom day extension, there is no evidence that she’s done anything with the verifiable information I gave her.
