Emmanuel Macron Mandates Covid Vaccination for All French Health Workers and Introduces Vaccine Passports

by Michael Curzon
13 July 2021 11:37 AM

Emmanuel Macron has announced that all French health workers face mandatory Covid vaccination and that vaccine passports will be required in restaurants, shopping malls and hospitals, and on trains and planes, effectively cutting off unvaccinated French people from their daily lives. Cancelling all large events which were set to take place in the coming month, the President also warned that ALL French citizens could face mandatory vaccination later this year.

To get a vaccine passport, you have to be fully vaccinated, have a fresh negative test or have recently recovered from the virus. In his address, Macron said that France will start charging for some Covid tests, which up to now have been free, giving many citizens little choice but to get vaccinated. Sky News has more.

In a televised address, France’s President said all health care workers, nursing home workers and anyone who cares for the elderly or unwell at home must have coronavirus vaccines by September 15th.

Those who fail to do so could face sanctions or fines.

The President also announced anyone who wants to go to a restaurant, shopping centre or several other public places will need a Covid pass, which can only be given to people who have been fully vaccinated, have a fresh negative test or have recently recovered from the virus.

The additional restrictions come as the country continues to battle a resurgence of cases driven mainly by the Delta variant.

Some 40% of France’s population is fully vaccinated but there are pockets of vaccine scepticism.

“The country is facing a strong resumption of the epidemic touching all our territory,” Mr Macron said. …

He said the French Government would declare a medical state of emergency again starting on Tuesday, which allows him more scope to impose virus restrictions. …

In France, vaccines are widely available for anyone 12 and over, but take-up slowed in recent weeks because of vaccine hesitancy, a sense that the virus is no longer a threat, and because some people decided to put off their jabs until after summer holidays.

We are not that far behind this state of affairs in England, where care home workers face mandatory vaccination and large indoor venues have been urged to require vaccine passports.

The Sky News report is worth reading in full.

I might be wrong but sounds like empty threats to me

vaccine uptake is slow in France so they are trying to speed it up

I always assumed it wouldn’t be mandatory because they will be personally liable for any vaccine injury. although with this level of coercion they leave themselves open to that claim anyway

You would imagine, that the legality of mandatory ‘vaccination’ would be easily refuted: What is the lawful basis for stipulating being ‘vaccinated’, as a requirement to be able to enter certain premises or carry out certain activities?

If the ‘justification’ for mandatory ‘vaccination’ is that it stops the spread of ‘infection’, then surely this can not be reasonably lawful if, as they surely are aware (and even vax manufacturers admit), the ‘vaccines’ merely aim to mitigate illness.

So, on what legal basis are non-‘vaccinated’ people being denied entry or access?

And of course, natural immunity is now just another ‘non-fact/reality’.

Unfortunately the Spanish parliament last night passed a new law allowing the Balearic government – IN CASE OF A NEW EMERGENCY – to seize your property, close your business and forcibly inject you (BOE 166/11617).
Valencia has imposed another curfew this week and the Junta de Andalucia has applied to close down Marbella – where the beaches have already been taped off – because of “rising cases”.

We need to start using the term ‘genocide’ more often. Politicians and those behind them need to understand what’s at stake. The first and most obvious genocide has been the outright denial of treatment options for this virus, up to and including the creation and publishing of fake papers (Surgisphere for HCQ) to discredit these treatments. There has been outright suppression of any early treatment by the tech platforms and the medical establishment. Doctors in some jurisdictions have been struck off for advocating for these treatments. You haven’t been allowed to be treated for this illness until it is far too advanced to do anything about it. If you come to a doctor in the early stages, you are told to come back when you can’t breathe. Dr Peter McCullough has shown that 85% of the people who have died from this illness could have been saved with early treatment. Genocide is defined by the UN as “deliberate deprivation of resources needed for the group’s physical survival and which are available to the rest of the population, such as clean water, food and medical services.” These treatments are freely available, as long as they’re not used for Covid. And why… Read more »

Not that I’m aware of. Seems rather to raise questions about the vaccine companies’ claims of high relative risk reduction numbers in terms of catching the disease.

Of course, test positives are not “cases” of infection, and I don’t know how Israel defines its “cases” (but I doubt it’s by clinical diagnosis).

The explanation is simple. The ‘vaccine’ doesn’t prevent you from being infected with the coronavirus. Look at the last two columns….same values within statistical uncertainty.

They should publish the the positivity rates of each group (vax/non-vax) to rule out the possibility that there are relatively larger numbers of non-vax’d people are getting tested.

I thought that the Israeli regime excused testing for vax’d under some circumstances where a non-vax’d person would be required? Nightclubs? Employment?

My missive to our own useless MP (Ruth Jones, Newport West, Labour)

So far, 1400 members of the UK public have died soon after vaccination with the SARS-CoV2 MRNA gene therapy. Nearly a million have suffered adverse reactions, many serious or even life threatening.

Before you deny those figures, these are reported by the governments own reporting system, a governnent that, to date, you have actively supported, either by voting with them or abstaining.

You are shortly to participate in a vote to compel care home workers to be vaccinated. This is a clear violation of human rights that the Labour Party holds so dear. If you vote for this measure, you should be ashamed to call yourself a friend of the working class. You will have abandoned the people you claim to protect to a loss of choice, unemployment, injury or even death.

Vote against this measure and have a clear conscience instead.

This to Emma Hardy – I expect a cut and paste reply in about 10 days.

I understand that MPs are being given some 90 minutes to discuss amendments to the Health and Social Care Act. In that amendment will be the requirement for all care staff of adult care homes and trade visitors to be vaccinated against Covid 19 with an approved schedule of vaccinations.

Before voting I would ask you to consider:

Have I seen the data showing transmission from vaccinated people?
Why are residents exempt this requirement?
Why are resident’s visitors exempt this requirement?
Who is going to care for residents when minimum wage carers decide that another minimum wage job is preferable to being forced to have a medical procedure?
If boosters are recommended this Autumn will that be a new requirement?
Do I really believe that care home residents will benefit from this or will the cost go up or services suffer as tradespeople will be harder to find.

Considering that “regular COVID testing” is required to partake in live as ordinary citizen and that tests cost money and that people can escape from testing treadmill solely by getting vaccinated, this amounts to fining people who don’t get vaccinated.

If this is called a volunary decision, then, “obeying speed limits” is “voluntary”, too.

The testing option itself already demonstrates that this is not about health at all.
Similar to the UK, we are talking about using a test which the CDC already judged as being totally useless and which should just be binned.
One can, should and mostly will also just fake doing the test, using mouthwash or just not doing anything at all with it.
All that’s needed and what this is really and solely about is the registration of the (imagined) result, the subjugation to the coercion and to authority in the first place, and to the control process thereafter.
The latter opens the door to later identification of the hesitant, further coercion to get ever more shots or to do any other stuff they come up with and then to sanctions, of course.

Just to let you lot know, I live in Pfizer nation, the first country to introduce the vaccine passports, Israel. It failed miserably. For a few months I couldn’t go to the gym, the cinema, theater. I was going to many restaurants since enforcing it all was just not really viable. Many bars and restaurants didn’t care. And then it just collapsed as the government ended the green pass baloney, if I remember about the end of May. I go everywhere now and do everything. The fact is the vaccines don’t work, as cases pick up again in Israel, mirroring the UK, among the vaccinated. The idiot gangster Health Ministry here (they are the same everywhere, beholden to Big Pharma) is talking about a third Pfizer booster shot (only Pfizer in Israel), admitting that after aprox. 6 months, the effectiveness of the gene therapy aka vaccine isn’t there. Never mind it isn’t effective for 2 hours, let us take them at their word – it’s effective for 6 months. That’s no time at all. So why risk death and maiming from the vaccines for – and this is being generous – 6 months worth of protection? The zombie public naturally… Read more »

Reading the article it writes about the younger age group seemly causing the virus to be spread around.does anyone remember when we was told that this is a virus that is linked to the people who are in the latter days of their lives or even related to those with other health issues?

I have had some hours to digest this, and see some of the reaction.
Firstly a lot of these measures have to be approved by the equivalent of Parliament. It is not at all clear that all or most will be. A lot of politicians on all sides see this as a step too far.
Bar/Restaurant owners interviewed are mainly saying they just do not have the time or capability or desire to police this. There are many many independant premises in France, its highly likely some ( most?) will ignore it. As they say they don’t want to lose customers by leaving them in a queue for 20 mins while trying to check things they don’t understand.
We will see.
As many here have said the stats do not support anything like this , its just modelling again.
If it happens as Macron promised then France is finished as a country to live in. We will be seeking new pastures, possibly a welcoming US State, but its hard getting in there at the best of times, still, I like a challenge.

Meant to visit France at the end of August with my wife and kids to see her parents and rest of the family we havent seen since mid-2019. I was already unsure about going given the need to spend 7 days in quarantine as a dirty “unvaxed” citizen, along with all the usual testing nonsense. The only saving grace was going to be the ability to eat out at some good restaurants. With that now gone I really dont see the attraction of going…though obviously not said that to my wife…

Unless they are French resident (or have an exceptional reason), a non-vaxxed person is not allowed to enter France from the U.K.

Having said that, when we returned last week they (FR customs at Eurotunnel) were only interested in our negative tests.

Also: why are the leaders of so many countries pushing these experimental vaccines so hard? What do they know that they’re not telling us? The statistics don’t support any of these draconian measures.
The Biden administration has proposed going door to door to “encourage” vaccine take up.
Aussie leaders won’t give direct answers to direct and simple questions about lockdowns, etc.
Our PM is doing his usual backtracking on Freedom Day and lifting of restrictions.

I can only hope that there’s more serious pushback now, but I doubt it.

Well, maybe it’s aliens!

‘Sterilise or kill all your citizens so we can come back to an empty Earth in 100 years – or we wipe you all out now. Your choice of course, no pressure!’.

This forced vaccination thing goes WAY TOO FAR HERE!!!! Regardless of my vaccination status, I would carry on with my daily life and fight back against anyone that gets in my way asking for my vaccination status!!!!
